Michelle Elia Wagner is a Registered Nurse, Founder, and Executive Director of Valley Med Home Health Care. With over 15 years of experience in administrative roles in hospice and home health care, and clinical expertise spanning acute and intensive care, hospice, and home health care, Michelle is dedicated to delivering quality care and improving patients’ lives.
Michelle takes pride in fostering positive patient outcomes while nurturing a family-like atmosphere for her employees, whom she considers her greatest assets. As a hands-on leader, she frequently joins her team in the field to provide exceptional care and support.
A proud resident of Allentown, Michelle enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, cheering on the Phillies, and spending time with her family during her free time.
