Founder & Administrator
Michelle Elia Wagner is a Registered Nurse, Founder, and Administrator of Valley Med Home Health Care. With more than 34 years of healthcare experience, including over 20 years in leadership roles within home health care and hospice, Michelle has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes while leading high-performing healthcare teams. Her background includes acute care, intensive care, hospice, and home health, providing her with a well-rounded clinical and operational perspective that guides the organization’s commitment to excellence. Michelle’s vision for Valley Med Home Health Care is centered on building lasting relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and the community while delivering the highest standards of care.
As a resident of the Lehigh Valley, Michelle is passionate about serving the communities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. She is committed to ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care that allows them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Michelle believes that exceptional patient care begins with a strong and supported team. As a hands-on leader, she has fostered a family-oriented culture where employees are valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. She remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency and works closely with her staff to support both patients and clinicians, creating an environment built on trust, teamwork, and accountability.
When she is not working, Michelle enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, cheering on the Phillies, caring for her many pets and spending time with her family and friends.

Allan Say
Business Office Manager
Allan Say serves as the Business Office Manager for Valley Med Home Health Care and has worked alongside owner Michelle Wagner for more than a decade. Their longstanding professional relationship has helped build a strong foundation of trust, teamwork, and dedication to providing exceptional service to both patients and staff.
As Business Office Manager, Allan oversees the daily operations that keep the agency running smoothly. From supporting staff and assisting clients to coordinating office functions and managing administrative processes, he plays an essential role in ensuring Valley Med delivers the highest level of service. Chances are, if you call the office during business hours, Allan will be the friendly voice greeting you on the other end of the phone—with his unmistakable Australian accent.
Allan brings a diverse professional background to his role. He began his career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Australia before transitioning into healthcare administration in the United States. His experience includes serving as an office manager for hospice and home health organizations, as well as working within the banking industry. This unique combination of healthcare and business expertise allows him to effectively support both the operational and patient care needs of the agency.
Having called the United States home for more than 15 years, Allan enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he can often be found camping, biking, hiking, or tackling a variety of projects around the home he shares with his beautiful wife, Sara.

Ashlie Boyer, BSN, RN
Clinical Manager
Ashlie Boyer, BSN, RN, serves as the Clinical Manager for Valley Med Home Health Care and brings more than 10 years of nursing experience to her role. A lifelong resident of Allentown, Ashlie has deep roots in Lehigh County and a strong commitment to serving the community she has always called home.
Inspired by a family legacy of public service, Ashlie’s grandfather and father both held leadership positions within the Allentown Police Department. Their dedication to protecting and serving the community helped shape Ashlie’s passion for advocacy and compassionate care, making her a fierce supporter of the residents of Lehigh County.
Throughout her nursing career, Ashlie has gained extensive experience caring for patients across the lifespan. Her clinical background includes pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, and home health nursing.
As Clinical Manager, Ashlie is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and staff support. She is known for her strong leadership, compassionate approach, and commitment to helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Outside of work, Ashlie enjoys spending time with her husband, Justen, and their three children. She can often be found cheering on her two daughters at their sporting events and activities while embracing life with their newborn son. When family schedules allow, Ashlie and Justen enjoy cruising to tropical destinations and creating lasting memories together.
Ashlie’s combination of clinical expertise, leadership, community ties, and genuine compassion makes her an invaluable asset to Valley Med Home Health Care and the patients and families she serves.
